*Consultants (Regional Manager) are eligible to hire four-wheeler for official tours in allotted
district(s) as per policy in place.
*Consultants (Regional Manager), Consultant (Chief Manager - Information Technology),
Manager (Institutional Monitoring & Social Audit) and Assistant Manager (Financial
Inclusion) are eligible for TA and DA while on tour as per the guidelines, in force.
In case of Consultant (Regional Manager) and Consultant (Chief Manager - Information
Technology) consolidated remuneration will be paid. The Salary amount mentioned in case of
Manager and Assistant Manager post will be in the form of Basic Pay, Special Allowance, HRA,
CCA, PF (both employee and employer contribution) subject to place of posting.
The selected candidates’ service conditions are governed by HR policy of Stree Nidhi.
There will be a regular performance review and Stree Nidhi has discretion to terminate
his/her services if the performance is not found satisfactory.
Candidates to note that this is not a Government Job and will be on contract basis and
is not permanent. In case of Consultant (Regional Manager) and Consultant (Chief Manager-
Information Technology), the selected candidates will be on contract basis for one year and it
will be renewed further if performance is satisfactory. In case of Manager (Institutional
Monitoring & Social Audit) and Assistant Manager (Financial Inclusion), the selected
candidates will be on probation for a period of 6 months and on successful completion of their
probation, they will be taken on contract basis for 5 years as per the policy of Stree Nidhi.
However, the contract is renewable on yearly basis, depending on the performance.
3. Selection Procedure for the Posts of Consultant (Regional Manager), Consultant
(Chief Manager - Information Technology), Manager (Institutional Monitoring &
Social Audit) and Assistant Manager (Financial Inclusion):
a) The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview in ratio of 1:5 and
decision of Stree Nidhi in this regard shall be final.
b) Those selected for the above posts have to join within 15 days from the date of issue
of letter of offer.
