Pursuant to M.C.L. § 4.08.060, be advised as follows:

On this day, the 1st day of July, 2017, I, Michelle A. Hernandez-Lane, Chief Procurement Officer (Purchasing Agent) for The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, do hereby delegate the authority to Terri Troup, Procurement Staff member, to perform the functions of enumerated below.

Notice of Delegation of Procurement Responsibilities to Staff

Pursuant to M.C.L. § 4.08.060, be advised as follows:

On this day, the 1st day of July, 2017, I, Michelle A. Hernandez-Lane, Chief Procurement Officer (Purchasing Agent) for The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, do hereby delegate the authority to Bethany Morris, Procurement Staff member, to perform the functions of enumerated below.

This delegation may be terminated, restricted, or expanded at any time, upon notice of Michelle A. Hernandez-Lane. This delegation will terminate immediately and automatically if and when Michelle A. Hernandez-Lane no longer holds the position of Purchasing Agent.

This delegation will terminate immediately and automatically, as to any individual delegate named above, if and when such individual no longer holds his or her specified position.

Authority is hereby delegated to perform the following functions: 1. Recommend the methodology of solicitation (ITB, RFP, RFQ, SS, EP, SWC or Co-op) to

Procurement Division Management and draft the proposed document(s). 2. Provide project management to the assigned and approved solicitation process. 3. Recommend the membership of RFP Evaluation Committees or A&E Review Board to the

Purchasing Agent. 4. If an RFP or RFQ, recommend the final draft of the solicitation, the evaluation criteria, and

weight of criteria to Procurement Division Management. 5. Recommend the rejection of offers that fail to be responsive and/or responsible to the

solicitation requirements to Procurement Division Management and if requested by the Purchasing Agent, defend that recommendation.

6. Recommend the award of the solicitation to Procurement Division Management and if requested by the Purchasing Agent, defend that recommendation.
