NOTICE The conduction of Stray Vacancy round for offline admission to MD/MS Courses-2020 of Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi will be held on 28 th July (10.00 AM-4.OO PM), 29 th July (10.00 AM-4.OO PM) and 30 th July (10.00 AM - 12.00 Noon), 2020. The Registration of those candidates who fulfill the norms, on the basis of merit list provided by the ADGME/ MCC,will be accepted between Stipulated Time as mentioned above. The candidates are required to present themselves for the registration (offline) alongwith document as mentioned below Venue: New Lecturer Theatre Complex, IMS, BHU Registration Fee: Non-Refundable Registration Fee in form of DD in favour of Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University— Rs 1000/- for I-JR/ OBC candidates and Rs 750/- for SC/ST/EWS candidates The merit list, which will be prepared from amongst the candidates who register with Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, will include number of candidates10 times more than the total number of vacant seats. Merit List will be available on www bhu.ac.ln/ims, www new.bhu.ac.in at 5 PM on 30.07.2020. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION FOLLOWED BY COUNSELLING WILL START ON 31.07.2020 AT 09.00 AM SHARP. Proof of ID must be original, valid and should not have expired ix. The Candidate should also bring the following certificates, if applicable (a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the format as specified in the prospectus) and should be in English or Hindi language. Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate.

The OBC certificate shouldbein the format as mentioned in the prospectus and must have been issuedwithin the past 6 months
(c)Physical Disability Certificate Issued from duly constituted and authorizedMedical Board (as mentioned In the Information Bulletin and Prospectus ofNEET-2019). No other PH certificate, issued by any other Authorities /Hospital will beentertained
(d) The Candidate who is claiming himse/f/herse/f under EWS category, He / Shehave to submit "INCOME & ASSEST CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED BYECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION" as per Office Memorandum no.36039/1/2019-Estt(Res) Dated 31 01 2019 of Government of India at the timeof Interview
