Page 11: Not memorizing but learning

IMPLEMENTATION INTENTIONS

¡¿How is it?¡¡

The most effective implementation intentions consist of a cue in the environment coupled with an intended action

Page 12: Not memorizing but learning

IMPLEMENTATION INTENTIONS

Page 13: Not memorizing but learning

IMPLEMENTATION INTENTIONS

AS SOON AS CABLE NEWS START TRANSMISSION

I WILL START TO PRACTICE THAT IMPOSSIBLE FIRST DANCE STEP AS A ROUTINE TO LEARN A DANCE WHICH IS NOT FROM MY COUNTRY

INSTEAD OF JUST WATCHING TV

Page 14: Not memorizing but learning

IMPLEMENTATION INTENTIONS
