Cleaning and Defuming the Tank: Pour the quartof Tank Cleaner into the emptied tank. Slosh tocover all surfaces. Allow to soak for 15 minutesintervals. Drain and rinse several times to be sure "no detergent residue remains. Remember a fewextra minutes of cleaning will let the chemicalwork so please be patient for best results. 00 notget on to skin or clothing. Be sure to wear glovesand eye protection goggles.

Northern Tank Prep is a petroleum solvent anda <drying aqent-to remove any water from metank. Having a clean, dry, well-prepared tanksurface free of petroleum residue and water isnecessary for a successful tank liner bond.

Northern Exo Coat

, Exo Coat is a new urethane coating which took almost two yearsof research and development to perfect. It combines the superioradhesion of urethane with plastic fibers Jar added strength andresistance to cracking.

Less Hazardous: Exo Coat was formulated specifically foradhesion to metal tanks. Its ability to stick is improved by sandblasting or at least by solvent cleaning of the metal. Specialproprietary plastic fibers have been added to improve itsresistance to cracking, chipping or peeling. Because of thefibers, the overall appearance of the coating is uneven or rough.The high gloss, however, makes it look very professional.

Application: Just brush it on and let it dry. Light rust is sealedin and pin-holes are sealed. One pint covers two average fueltanks.
