Notice of Intent NORTH SOMERSET COUNCIL (BLACKMOOR AND LANGFORD ROAD, CHURCHILL, NORTH SOMERSET) (LANGFORD ROAD, BURRINGTON, NORTH SOMERSET) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Somerset Council proposes to make an Order under sections 84(1) and (2) of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 1984”) and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be: - 1. to restrict any vehicle exceeding 20mph on the lengths of road specified in the schedule to this Notice. Full details of the proposals are contained in the draft Order which, together with a plan and a statement of the Councils reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the Highways and Transport Department, Castlewood, Tickenham Road, Clevedon, BS21 6FW (callers should report to reception and ask for the Highways Section during normal office hours). Alternatively, you can view the documents at Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1UJ, or at Winscombe library, 23 Woodborough Road, Winscombe, BS25 1AB.
