The Extended Learning Building (ELB) is

CSUSM’s largest building and it’s first Public/

Private Partnership built entirely on private

land. Consisting of 135,000 SF of classrooms,

laboratory, faculty, and administrative spaces

on levels 2 through 5. Approximately 7,700
