Click Edit Order if you want to change any information in the application. Once the application is displayed, click Edit to change any part of the application. Click Submit Form when through making changes.

If you paid by check or money order, print this page or a copy of the License Renewal Check Payment Due email sent and include when payment is mailed.
Include NPN/license number in the memo field.
Applications are ready for review when payment is received.
Renewal Application Received Email
Payment, CE and supporting documents must be received and reviewed before the renewal application is processed.
Log Out
Application is being reviewed and may be pending payment, supporting documentation or CE.
Continuing Education
A person who receives his/her first bail bond license on or after January 1, 2013, does not have to complete CE requirements until June 30, 2014.
Continuing Education
1. Courses must be completed by 6/30/2013
2. Education Providers must report course completions within 15 days of completion.
3. Education Providers email spreadsheet of rosters to: [email protected]

4. Course completions are entered into the North Carolina License Management System, including spreadsheets already sent to the ASD Office.
5. Bail Bondsmen and Bail Bond Runners receive an email when Continuing Education (CE) is complete and Home Page Continuing Education Status is updated.

License status may be checked after 48 hours through the SBS license lookup on the Department’s website.
Account Activation
If you received an initial license from April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013 you must complete this step first.
Account Activation Email
•All Bail Bondsmen & Bail Bond Runners that received an initial license from April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013 will receive an account activation email.
• Business email address on file will be used
• From email address for email communications is:
• Authorization code in the email must be entered exactly
• Create Username and Password
• Log into the North Carolina License Management System

Bail Bondsmen & bail bond runners may enter a new user name or use the default – make note of the username.
Password must be a minimum of 6 characters.
