This presentation reviews our compensation plan and introduces you to the ways that you can make money when you sell our products and introduce the Noble Purpose opportunity to others.

There are three groups of commissions; weekly, monthly and quarterly.

Commission Schedules

Weekly commissions ensure you start seeing benefits from your efforts quickly.

Monthly commissions help you build towards a long term residual income.

Quarterly commissions are comprised of the bonus pools that pay you for team building efforts.

Weekly commissions are comprised of the First Order Bonus, Weak Side Bonus and Matching Bonus.

Weekly Commissions

We chose a weekly commission structure for these earnings methods in order to get money into your hands quickly.

Ranks

Ranks define the level of achievement you’ve reached with Noble Purpose.

Your personal and group sales volumes along with your sponsoring efforts are examined each period and used to assign your level of achievement (rank).

Each higher rank is eligible for increasing benefits from the compensation plan.

Ranks: Distributor

Distributor is the default rank within the weekly pay structure.

Distributors are eligible to purchase from the company at wholesale prices, sponsor new members to build an organization and begin working toward s higher ranks.

Ranks – Active Distributor

You are elevated in title to Active Distributor when you have a minimum of $100 in personal business volume (BV) during the last 31 days.

This is referred to as having met Active status.

Active Distributors are eligible to benefit from the First Order Bonus

Ranks – Active Distributor

This bonus is paid on the BV associated with the first invoice created for an income center, customer or preferred customer.

First Order Bonus

Tier One – 20% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the individual that placed the order.

Tier Two – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier One bonus.

Tier Three – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier Two bonus.

Ranks: Qualified Distributor

To advance in rank, all you need to do is meet Active and Qualified statuses.

Personally sponsor 1 into the Left side of your organization and 1 into the Right, each of whom meet Active status.

Ranks: Qualified Distributor

Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits:

First Order Bonus

Tier One – 20% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the individual that placed the order.

Tier Two – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier One bonus.

Tier Three – 10% of the BV is paid to the enrolling sponsor of the recipient of the Tier Two bonus.

Paid on the first invoice created for an income center, customer, or preferred customer.

Sales Teams

As your organization grows, new distributors will be placed in the first available position in the left or right side of your downline.

Sales from these distributors are accumulated and used to calculate your Weak Side Bonus.

Ranks: Qualified Distributor

Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits:

Weak Side Bonus

For example, you have $1,000 BV on the left and $500 on the right side of your downline.

You will receive 10% of $500; a $50.00 bonus

A Qualified Distributor with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV in the weaker leg up to a maximum of $500 weekly.

Ranks: Qualified Distributor

Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits:

Weak Side Bonus

After this bonus has been paid, the total BV in the weak leg is deducted from both sides and the balance in the strong side is carried forward to the next commission period.

Ranks: Qualified Distributor

Qualified Distributors receive the following benefits:

Weak Side Bonus

For example, $1,000 on the left side and $500 on the right will pay a $50 Weak Side Bonus.

$500 will be deducted from both sides leaving a balance of $500 on the left side carried forward to the next period.

The maximum Weak Side Bonus paid to a Qualified Distributor is capped at $500 per week.

This bonus is equal to 25% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the first level of enrollment downline (as opposed to placement downline)

25% of all Weak Side Bonuses paid to members of your first level of enrollment downline.

Distributors who have met Active and Qualified status, as well as:

• Have at least $6,000 BV in their downline with a minimum of $3,000 in each team, for two consecutive weeks.

• Have a further two personally sponsored distributors, in addition to those used to achieve Qualified status.

Weak Side Bonus

A qualified Ruby with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV on the weaker side of their organization

Ruby distributors receive the following benefits:

10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members on the second level of enrollment downline.

10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the third level of enrollment downline.

35% of all Weak Side Bonuses paid to members of your first level of enrollment downline and 10% match on the 2nd and 3rd levels.

Distributors who have met Active and Qualified status, and:

• Have a further six personally sponsored distributors, in addition to those used to achieve Qualified status.

• Have at least $60,000 BV in their downline with a minimum of $30,000 in each team, for two consecutive weeks.

Weak Side Bonus

A qualified Diamond with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV in the weaker leg.

Diamond distributors receive the following benefits:

In line with our policy of rewarding effort, the cap on the Weak Side Bonus for Diamond members is increased to

10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members on the second level of enrollment downline.

Diamond distributors receive the following benefits:

Ranks: Diamond

10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the fourth level of enrollment downline.

Members who have met Active and Qualified status, as well as:

• Have a further seven personally sponsored distributors, in addition to those used to achieve Qualified status.

• Have at least $100,000 BV in their downline with a minimum of $50,000 in each team, for four consecutive weeks.

Weak Side Bonus

A qualified Blue Diamond with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV in the weaker leg.

Blue Diamond distributors receive the following benefits:

The maximum earning allowed for this bonus is raised again when you reach this rank and now has a weekly cap of

Equal to 40% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the first level of enrollment downline.

10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members on the second level of enrollment downline.

Blue Diamond distributors receive the following benefits:

10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members of the fourth level of enrollment downline.

Ranks: Blue Diamond

In summary, a Blue Diamond distributor receives:

40% of all Weak Side Bonuses paid to members of your first level of enrollment downline and 10% match on the 2nd 3rd and 4th levels.

Members who have met Active and Qualified status, as well as:

• Had at least $300,000 BV within the combined teams of its personally sponsored distributors, with no more than $75,000 of the BV coming from any one personally sponsored teams for 7 consecutive weeks.

Weak Side Bonus

A qualified Black Diamond with at least $300 BV in each leg of downline will receive the Weak Side Bonus equal to 10% of BV in the weaker leg.

Black Diamond distributors receive the following benefits:

Ranks: Black Diamond

In recognition of your commitment to Noble Purpose and the growth of your business, the cap on Weak Side Bonus earning is removed.

10% of all Weak Side bonuses paid to members on the second, third, fourth and fifth levels of enrollment downline.

Noble Purpose believes in getting money in your hands quickly via the weekly paid commissions that we have reviewed thus far, but it doesn’t end there.

Monthly Commissions

Each month ,regardless of your level of achievement, we will pay a Retail/Wholesale Bonus equal to:

The difference between the Retail and Wholesale price of all purchases made by your personal Customers.

The difference between the Retail price less 10% and Wholesale price of all purchases made by your personal Preferred Customers.

In addition to the weekly and monthly commissions, we also have bonuses that recognise exceptional effort and achievement.

Quarterly Bonuses

These Bonus pools are calculated every quarter and paid to members who have demonstrated commitment and effort in team building and management.

Distributors who have attained the rank of Blue Diamond or higher for every weekly commission period during the quarter is eligible for a share of this pool bonus.

Blue Diamond Bonus Pool

1% of the total BV for the entire quarter will be divided equally between every qualified individual.

Distributors who have attained the rank of Black Diamond or higher for every weekly commission period during the quarter is eligible for a share of this pool bonus.

Black Diamond Bonus Pool

1% of the total BV for the entire quarter will be divided equally between every qualified individual.

This is paid to Black Diamonds and above, in addition to the Blue Diamond bonus pool

Distributors who have attained the rank of Noble Elite for every weekly commission period during the quarter is eligible for a share of this pool bonus.

Noble Elite Bonus Pool

1% of the total BV for the entire quarter will be divided equally between every qualified individual.

This is paid to Noble Elites and above, in addition to the Blue and Black Diamond bonus pools

Black Diamonds will receive the keys and title to a new Toyota Prius, Cadillac, or Volvo
