Add the oil and food colouring to the dry ingredients. Add water and stir until smooth. TIPS If the mixture looks a bit runny, allow it to rest a few moments before being tempted to add extra flour. If it still feels sticky, add an additional ¼ cup of flour at a time. Add food colouring or natural ingredients like turmeric to colour Try adding scented oils such as cinnamon or lavender or dried flowers mixed through can enhance sensory play Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks
