  The QC must be isolated from the enviroment, but allow external operations!

  The Hilbert space must grow exponentially, but the resources to operate on it cannot grow that rate!

  Any quantum state on the Hilbert space must be acessible by a finite set of universal quantum gates;

  It must be possible to implement quantum error correction codes.
