NMC Integration with SV8500
1. Configure standard SIP stations in ASPTL or ASPTN Command
2. Configure Hunt group in ASHU or ASHUN
3. Configure NMC Circuit groups with SIP stations and Domain used first in the SV8500 ASDIL or
ADSIN command
4. 32IPDA card must be configured for RFC2833 (Inband DTMF) This is a manual switch setting on
32IPDA card, SW-11 Element 7 MUST be ON. The latest NEC documentation has this switch as
not used. If it is not set to ON the NMC will not recognize DTMF tones pressed by callers.
5. Make sure NMC server resolves SV8500 Domain name to LAN-1 active I/P address.
6. Confirm that IPPAD route configured in ACRD, That CDN-6 (PAD) is set to a 7 (No PAD)
