4. 32IPDA card must be configured for RFC2833 (Inband DTMF) This is a manual switch setting on

32IPDA card, SW-11 Element 7 MUST be ON. The latest NEC documentation has this switch as

not used. If it is not set to ON the NMC will not recognize DTMF tones pressed by callers.

5. Make sure NMC server resolves SV8500 Domain name to LAN-1 active I/P address.

6. Confirm that IPPAD route configured in ACRD, That CDN-6 (PAD) is set to a 7 (No PAD)
