1 Nissan NV2500 Rear DuraRac Installation (drill free; uses OEM attachment points) 1. Assemble standard CRC 05‐1000‐001 DuraRac frame kit if not shipped assembled, and check for square prior to installation in the vehicle 2. Both hi‐roof & standard roof full‐size Nissan vans use the same upper attachment points 3. Upper wing brackets will bolt to the OEM attachment points shown below using metric fasteners (may or may not be a floor mat present) 4. The baseplates bolt to the OEM attachment points using metric fasteners provided (may or may not be a floor mat present) 5. 6. Baseplates of assembled side frames bolt to the floor around the wheel wells using OEM threaded holes (remove factory installed bolts & replace with the metric fasteners provided)
7. *NOTE ON RUNNING CHANGE UPDATE: later build full size NV product has had a slight change in the attachment point hole locations, and you may find that not all of the holes in the brackets line up as designed. Some hand‐drilling of brackets may be required depending on the build date of the vehicle. DO NOT DRILL the floor of the NV; only drill the brackets as necessary.

8. Baseplates should be approx. 3.5” from the rear sill plate when in the proper location

9. CRF 02‐1100‐007 top cross braces are installed as shown below 10. CRF 05‐1400‐003 top wing brackets bolt to the side walls at the OEM threaded locations (again, there may be an issue depending on the
build date where not every hole in the wing bracket lines up properly; hand‐drilling may be required)
