Executive Summary• NIRJESS Logistics found the gap in black owned abnormal transport in South Africa. NIRJESS supports the Governments BEE initiatives and

enthusiastically accepts the challenge to transform the logistics industry. NIRJESS recognises the importance of BEE as a key driver of sustainable economic growth and positive transformation in South Africa and has embraced Broad-Based BEE as the foundation of its BEE ownership strategy.

• This is a company with current shareholding of 100% black ownership with a level 3 BBBEE rating with a woman empowered person in 51% shareholding. Plans are under way to increase the women shareholding to 75% and 25% shareholding to an investor for cash injection and this will assist it in enhancing its growth prospects and will make a positive contribution to NIRJESS in terms of its transformation initiatives, relationships with the public and private sector and in developing businesses and assisting with their growth and expectations for their shareholders.

• The directors of NIRJESS has nearly 20 years experience in the transport industry mostly based in construction side and also experience in the effective procurement of construction and aircraft parts market. Niresh also successfully completed the delivery of the wind turbine components to Cookhouse Wind farm. We intend to pursue this experience and provide our local market with locally empowered skills and development so that South Africa itself is capable of sustaining and developing our experience and expertise in the renewable energy sector. The company is also managed throughout the operational environment by the directors to ensure our clients are given the best professional service and advice.

Facility Offering• With us basing our future operations from Coega IDZ, we are placed strategically within the Port of Nqgura. This will give us a

distinct advantage over our competitors as we will be able to move cargo and containers quickly from the port into our facility.• We will make the majority of our facility into a bonded facility to give clients a chance to delay VAT payments or clearances due to

cash flow problems. We will charge a daily storage fee and handling fee for the cargo and containers. • Our vehicles and operation will also work from this facility and we can expand later to other parts of the development zone. • We will also develop the facility to assist in the export and import of vehicles and vehicle parts from the Port of Nqgura.• Our cranes will also be used at the port for port operations relating to vessel discharge of all components, cargo including wind

turbine components.

Project Management• Nirjess secondary offering will be project management and the provision of project management staff.• Our successful project completion on a personal basis is Cookhouse Windfarm based in the Eastern Cape. The directors were

involved in the complete transport solutions of the project and ensuring that the project is completed within the dedicated timeframe. The value of the logistics section was R246 million.

• The project management will be available to any parts of South Africa, and Nirjess will handle all the aspects of the project and providing one complete turnkey solution.

• Due to the directors experience, we are not limited to a specific project and can handle any project and any scale.• All projects have the personal involvement of directors to ensure agreed milestones are done and completed according the given

project deliverables and to ensure the client is given a service and quality that is classified as world class.

Crane Hire• Nirjess secondary offering will be crane hire to the Eastern Cape, Western Cape and Gauteng.• We will be specialising in cranes dealing with super loads ie. 50t to 400t but we will still supply smaller capacity cranes but will not

be our core crane supply. The smaller cranes will be sourced from another company that will form part of our enterprise development.

Port and Site Operations • We will be heavily involved in projects involving port operations as well as site operations. • Part of our portfolio is the management of complete projects which will encompass managing the logistics from “Door to Door”• We will be able to discharge vessels at the port as well as handle the cargo offloaded either into a laydown at the port or at our

storage facility in Coega IDZ. We will facilitate the entire process for the client that is vessel management, port clearances, custom clearances and we will provide accurate feedback to the client regarding the vessel and delays.

• We also offer as part of our service, assistance in loading at port of loading to ensure that cargo is loaded to minimise delays at port of discharge.

• From the port, we will then deliver to the site and we will have a team to offload on the relevant site and communicating with the port team to ensure fluidity within the 2 teams. The site team also work with the client to ensure that the site is well managed and communicated to all other contractors on the site to also ensure a clear, sound and continuous operation.
