Why I do it

• Get pissed off otherwise

• Satisfaction of getting things done

• Express my creative side

• Use my skillset differently/variety

• I get bored very easily

• Constant learning curve

• Want to have an interesting life

• Learn all you can about leaders, leadership, people and the business you’re in

• The converse is not true

• Find your own intrinsic motivation

• Be clear about what your values are

• Read as much as you can

• Aim to do some good

• Seek to live a meaningful life
