• Charlie is a graduate of the 2011-12 ECWTP. When heentered the program, Charlie was unemployed and liingin a homeless shelter. !e "oined the union re#eiing#redit for pre-apprenti#eship training and is now working

as a se#ond-year apprenti#e earning oer $1%&hr.Charlie no longer lies in the homeless shelter 'utolunteers his time to help those who still do.
