Nicole Larson Learn Cisco As the Director of Cisco Services Academy, Nicole Larson Learn is responsible for creating and driving strategy, workforce planning, and talent development for Cisco Services Academy, which supports Cisco's $12 billion services business. Her team recruits, trains andmanages up to 1000 interns and full-time hires each year in the United States, Poland, United Kingdom, Mexico, India, and China. They also design and execute talent development programs ranging from three months to three years.Nicole joined Cisco in 2000 in San Jose, California, where she was a project manager in Internet Commerce. Two years later, she joined Advisory Services in Raleigh, North Carolina, to launch the first billable consulting group in Cisco. Nicole earned her MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and her BBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Iowa.
