Niagara Falls are a group of three waterfalls (The Horseshoe Falls, The American Falls and The Bridal Veil Falls)situated in the east of North America, on the border between Canada and the United States.

History : They are not particularly high, Niagara Falls are very wide.

They are the most powerful falls of North America. Niagara Falls, appeared approximately Thirty thousand- Fifty thousand years ago ( 30000 – 50000 ). The falls fall of a fifty two meter ( 21 m ) . The widest, Canadian falls, have a length about seven hundred ninety two meters ( 792 m) , while the American falls are only wide of three hundred and twenty three meters ( 323 ) . The descent of the falls being illegal on both sides of the border, the survivors of such waterfalls are generally pursued before the courts and subjected to strong fines.
