The designated collecting agency shall collect thestraw-bags which have been cleared of their contentsat the stores of the designated" dealers, and selectingthose reusable for packing of fertilizer and assortingthese into straw bags for ammonium sulphate andthose for other kinds of fertilizer, shall pack, withoutfolding, each ten pieces of them into a packageaffixed with two tags (Form,No. 1) and return themto the Fertilizer Distribution Public Corporation(hereinafter referred to as " the Corporation").
The non-reusable ones of the straw bags thuscollected shall be disposed of in accordance with theinstructions of the Ministry of Agriculture andForestry.
In (I) of i\ "Designated Dealers' Handling Pro-'cedure" shall read "Handling Procedure of the De-
*signated Collecting Agencies (those who, being thedesignated dealers are designated by a prefecturalbranch of the Corporation)," B shall be deleted, "C"shall read "B," "Settlement of Accounts" and "thepurchase-money and commission" in D shall read"Commission and Freight " and "the commission,"respectively, "D" shall read "C," and "In thiscase, the designated dealer shall pay a fourth of thecommission to the designated collecting agency " shallbe deleted.
In (C) of (2) of 1, "the consigned shall forwardthe same to the buyers in compliance with their re-quest" shall read "the consignee shall deliver thesame to the buyers as specified by the Corporation."
4. Collection (of (1) of 2)The provisions of A of (1) of 1 shall also apply
here. However, without selection of only reusableones being made, 30 pieces in the case of used paperbags for ammonium nitrate and 50 pieces in the case
.of used paper bags for imported potassium, lime ni-trogen (only outer ones of double bags made of suchouter and inner bags as are separable), or Thomasphosphate shall be packed into one package.
