An on-demand service with no hidden
costs
Lower call costs
VoIP connected for greater resilience

Customer is very sticky with the Partner

on-site engineer visit

downtime and reconfiguration
x Traditional lines are more expensive
when compared to VoIP
x A reduction in staffing levels means
equipment sits around unused
x Limited ‘lifespan’ of PBX in terms of
functionality.
x Customer can easily move their
services to another provider

blame you
• More technical installation (Router settings)
