National Exchange and Leadership Development Seminar is one of three annual
conferences of AIESEC Nigeria, designed specifically for the purpose of improving
leadership skills of its members through learning and promoting international internship
as an experience required for leadership development. The Conference will impact
directly 250 delegates from Nigeria and other International delegates, and indirectly
impact about 300 non AIESEC members that would be attending the conference's
opening ceremony and external event. Delegates would be part of a 5days of intense
leadership experience in discovering themselves and understanding their contribution
to a sustainable world.
The conference will also promote international internships as a tool for leadership development.
Conference Objective;
§To help delegates see the need for long term growth in the organization more than
short term results.
§Delegates are able to discover themselves and their relevance to the organization's
sustainability.
§Delegates are able to become more responsible to themselves, their organization
and their society.

It is the official opening of the biggest nationalevent. 200 young delegates fromall of Nigeria and around the world, Opinion leaders. Generaland global partners.
The huge urban festival in the central park. Thegreat exhibit space, bringing together 14 Lc’s and various interns from all around the world.It is a Cultural exhibition andworkshops with over 110 differentcultures. It will be a colourful, bright internationalevent in the Kano, Kano state.
Youth to Business Forum (Y2B)
GALA Award Dinner
It is a platform for interaction betweenbusiness and young people to form aglobal partnership in areas such as innovation,corporate responsibility, youth entrepreneurshipand sustainable development.
It is the last event in the last day of National Conference. It is the official dinner wherethe AIESEC Recognition and awards are given worthy to the most hardworkingAIESEC Local Committee in the Nigeria.
WELCOME TO KANO
Kano state as is an ancient state and one of the commercial cities in Nigeriarich in cultural heritage and very religious conscious. Kano is amongst the six and traditional district before the jihad of the famous Uthman Danfodio in 1804 which amalgamated the hausa states into the sokoto caliphate.
Kano state is well known for it’s commercial activities (trade), the city gate(Kofar’s), city wallsand the most respectable and known King Alh.Ado Bayero. It is no doubt that most of you is a first timer tothe city of Kano, as above stated , it is known forit religous and traditional culture whichis regardedwith high esteem. As AIESEC delegates, we pleadto take this into consideration.
