The GIANT Swing - by Charlotte Yr 3

Under six warm layers of clothes I was in the wet freezing rain with my huge blue rain coat shivering with fear. I was excited but at the same time I was incredibly nervous. I felt butterflies in my tummy when I got clipped onto the swing. They pulled me up and before I could even see through my goggles I pulled the rope … it was MAGNIFICENT.

I was shouting WooHooo! I was up soooo high! It was a cool view.

With pins and needles I climbed down the ladder, my heart racing with excitement. My eyes were open like an owls yellow eye staring into the dark forest.

3/4 Camp Howmans Gap

Despite the cold wet weather our Yr 3/4 students had an

action packed camp last week at Howmans Gap. Thanks to

Sarah and Josh for all their hard work over the camp.
