Building a strong foundation at the sandy beachfront site starts with the bored pile - a type of reinforced concrete pile suitable for beach side developments, by highly reputable piling specialists Bauer International. We have many events planned for this year – among them Cityscape Malaysia 2015 which we have participated on 4–6 February 2015 and an upcoming exhibition co-organised by MAPEX and REHDA Youth in March. This Chinese New Year period sees the Project progressing onwards with piling works continuing on site. ANGSANA TELUK BAHANG AT CITYSCAPE MALAYSIA, 4-6 FEBRUARY 2015 Cityscape Malaysia was held in Kuala Lumpur for the first time and Senja Aman participated as one of the main exhibitors alongside the country’s largest real estate developers, including S P Setia, UEM Sunrise and Eco World Development. The inaugural event was officiated by Deputy Minister of Works, YB Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin (pictured right, second from top). Incepted in Dubai, host to a mecca of iconic and innovative property development, Cityscape has, since its launch in 2002, catapulted to being a world renowned event for property development showcases, facilitation of business opportunities and investments, and networking for the real estate movers and shakers. In conjunction with the 3-day event, there were side forums, summits and round table talks by industry captains related to real estate investments. Senja Aman participated in the Malaysia Real Estate Summit as a Panel Speaker as represented by Paul Tan (Managing Director) in an exciting discussion on “Mixed Used Development where Less Is More Does Not Apply” with KLCC Holdings Sdn Bhd Group CEO, Datuk Hashim Wahir and Patrick Liau, Director of BlackRock Malaysia (pictured right, third & fourth from top).
