Dear Purchaser of Sheraton Villa,

At present, the news of COVID-19 has most likely caused you some concern. We at Apex are also concerned for your

well-being, and would like to wish everyone to be careful for your health, build good immune system, and stay away from

populated areas during these periods. Apex understand this situation, therefore if our customer feels that it is not convenient

to travel to the project site to inspection your residence unit per our previous issued Inspection Letter, the company will be

happy to extend the inspection schedule, until the virus epidemic situation has been improved and it is convenient to travel.

The company will inform you of the new inspection schedule at a later date.

Even though the situation has not yet returned to normal, the Thai Government have already made plans to support the

rebound of the economy after this situation has been resolved. This is evident from the main road expansion from the

Phuket Airport to Phuket Down-town which passes the route to our Sheraton project. This will make the traveling time even

more convenient and this expansion have already made much progress. This also include the opening of the new Ferry

Routes. These 5 routes in the future will contribute to the increased tourism between Phuket and nearby provinces. The

details can be followed herein after this introduction.

นี้ และหากลูกคาทานใดที่ไมสะดวกเดินทางมาที่โครงการเพื่อตรวจรับมอบหองตามที่

ไดแจงกำหนดการไปกอนหนาน้ี บริษัทมีความยินดีขยายกำหนดการตรวจรับมอบหองชุด

โครงการไปกอน จนกวาเหตุการณการแพรระบาดน้ีจะคล่ีคลายลงและทานมีความสะดวก

ที่จะเดินทาง ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทจะแจงวันและเวลาใหทานทราบอีกครั้งครับ

ถึงแมวา สถานการณตางๆ ยังไมกลับสูภาวะปกติ แตภาครัฐก็ไดเตรียมพรอมเพ่ือรองรับ

การฟนตัวของเศรษฐกิจ หลังจากสถานการณตางๆคล่ีคลายแลว โดยจะเห็นไดจากการขยาย

ถนนเสนทางหลักจากสนามบินเขาเมืองภูเก็ตผานทางเขาโครงการ Sheraton ของเราพอดี

จะทำใหเวลาเดินทางรวดเร็วข้ึน ซ่ึงก็มีความคืบหนาไปอยางมาก รวมถึงการเปดโครงการ

เสนทางเดินเรือเฟอรร่ีใหม 5 เสนทางในอนาคตเพ่ือสงเสริมการทองเท่ียวระหวางจังหวัด

ภูเก็ตกับจังหวัดใกลเคียง สามารถติดตามรายละเอียดไดจากกวารสารฉบับน้ีครับ

ปรับปรุงพัฒนาเสนทางหลักเขาเมืองภูเก็ต

ตามที่ไดมีการปรับปรุงเสนทางจราจรบริเวณจากอนุสาวรียทาวเทพกษัตรี-ทาวศรีสุนทร ปจจุบันการกอสรางเพื่อขยายถนน

จากอนุสาวรียทาวเทพกษัตรี-ทาวศรีสุนทร ผานทางเขาโครงการ Sheraton มีความคืบหนาไปมากโดยคาดวาจะแลวเสร็จ

ประมาณเดือนตุลาคม 2563 และสวนตอขยายที่จะไปเชื่อมตอกับบริเวณ สามแยกใกลสนามบินภูเก็ต ที่อยูระหวางดำเนินการ

และคาดวาจะแลวเสร็จ ในป 2564 ซึ่งเมื่อเสนทางนี้แลวเสร็จ จะทำใหการเดินทางสนามบินภูเก็ตมาโครงการ ฯ จะสะดวกสบาย

โดยใชเวลาเพียง 20 นาที เทานั้น

The improvement & expansion of main route to Phuket Downtown

As the traffic routes have been developed from the Monument of Thao Thep Kasattri-Thao Si Sunthon, at present the

road expansion construction from Thao Thep Kasattri-Thao Si Sunthon Monument to the route to the project site have

made much progress. Completion of the road expansion is expected to be around October, 2020. In addition, the

extension expansion to connect to the 3-ways intersection near the Phuket Airport is under progress with expected

completion date in 2021. Once these routes expansion has been completed, traveling from Phuket Airport to the project

will be very convenient with estimated travel time of only 20 minutes.

กรมเจาทา” เปดเดินเรือใหมเฟอรรี่-สปดโบทเสนทางใหม “ภูเก็ต-กระบี่-พังงา” รับทองเที่ยวอันดามัน

ในเบ้ืองตนจะมีเสนทางดังน้ี เสนทางเดินเรือเฟอรร่ี 5 เสนทาง ไดแก

1. เสนทางทาเรืออาวปอ ภูเก็ต-ทาเรือชองหลาด เกาะยาวใหญ พังงา-ทาเรือทาเลน กระบ่ี

2. เสนทางทาเรือชองหลาด เกาะยาวใหญ พังงา –ทาเรือมาเนาะ เกาะยาวนอย พังงา

3. เสนทางทาเรือบานหัวหิน ต.เกาะกลาง อ.เกาะลันตา-ทาเรือคลองหมาก ต.เกาะลันตานอย อ.เกาะลันตา จ.กระบี่

4. เสนทางทาเรืออาวทองหลาง เกาะลันตา-เกาะจำ, เกาะปู จ.กระบี่

5. เสนทางทาเรือ อ.เกา เกาะลันตาใหญ-ทาเรือเกาะปอ จ.กระบี่

เสนทางเรือเร็ว (Speed Boat) ไดแก เสนทางทาเรืออาวปอ ภูเก็ต-ทาเรือแหลมลาน เกาะยาวใหญ พังงา-หาดแหลมตง

(เทียบหาดและโปะ) เกาะพีพีกระบี่-ทาเรือตนไทร เกาะพีพี กระบี่-ทาเรือศาลาดาน เกาะลันตา กระบี่

จากการพัฒนาเสนทางเดินเรือใหมนี้ จะทำใหบริเวณอาวปอ เปนจุดยุทธศาสตรสำคัญของภูเก็ต ทั้งดานการทองเที่ยว

และพาณิชยอยางแนนอน

Marine Department "Open New Route Ferry - Speedboat between Phuket - Krabi - Phang Nga” for Andaman tourism.

Initially, there are 5 ferry routes including

1) Route Ao Por Pier (Phuket) - Chong Lard Pier, Koh Yao Yai (Phang Nga) - Tha Lane Pier, (Krabi)

2) Route Chong Lard Pier, Ko Yao Yai (Phang Nga) - Manoh Pier, Ko Yao Noi (Phang Nga)

3) Route Baan Hua Hin Pier, Koh Klang Sub-district, Koh Lanta District - Khlong Mak Pier, Koh Lanta Noi Sub-district,

Koh Lanta District (Krabi)

4) Route Ao Thong Lang Pier, Koh Lanta - Koh Jum, Koh Poo (Krabi Province)

5) Route Ghao District, Kho Lanta Yai, - Koh Por Pier (Krabi)

Speed Boat routes include Ao Por Pier (Phuket) - Laem Lan Pier, Koh Yao Yai, (Phang Nga) - Laem Tong Beach (landing

on beach and pontoon) Koh Phi Phi (Krabi) - Ton Sai Pier, Koh Phi Phi (Krabi) - Saladan Pier, Koh Lanta (Krabi)

From the new development of this shipping route will make Ao Po area as an important strategic location in Phuket for

both tourism and commerce for sure.
