Advent Prayer
God of hope, who brought love
into this world, be the love that
dwells between us.
God of hope, who brought peace
into this world, be the peace that dwells between us.
God of hope, who brought joy into this world, be the joy
that dwells between us.
God of hope, the rock we stand upon, be the centre, the
focus of our lives always and particularly this Advent

Music Successes
There have been some amazing results in guitar exams
recently:
Judith Masih (8TRD) - Grade 1 - Distinction
Zachery McDermott (7NWH) - Grade 1 - Distinction
Millie Shine (7SON) - Grade 1 - Distinction
Also, on Friday night Liam Kealey (11MCN), Charlie Venables
(11RNN) and Max Tiernan (11RNN) performed at The Coal
Vaults in Coventry representing the school. The audience were
astounded by the talent of
these three students and were
amazed to find that they were
still at school as they seemed
so professional.

Play continued this way until Sidney Stringer scored against the run of
play. I’m proud to say that Year 8 kept their heads up and got back into
the game with a fantastic shot from Kaidon Hand-Wills, before Kelvin
