Bilambil-p.schools.nsw.edu.au Student Wellbeing At Bilambil Public School, we provide a safe learning and teaching environment to encourage healthy, happy, successful and productive students. We are strongly committed to creating quality learning opportunities for our students. These opportunities support wellbeing through positive and respectful relationships and fostering a sense of belonging to the school and community. Our support of students relies heavily on a positive and cooperative relationship with parents and carers. If you ever have any concerns about your child’s happiness or wellbeing please call the office to make an appointment to see your child’s teacher or the principal. “A child seldom needs a good talking to as a good listening to.” ~Robert Brault Homework Tips A key to success is being organised. To avoid Thursday night meltdowns about incomplete homework, check our homework tip each newsletter: Homework tip #1 Ask your child about their homework, know what they are learning about and when assignments are due. If there’s no set homework, encourage your child to do some reading. For younger kids, it’s great for them to read aloud to you. For older kids, ask them to tell you about what they have been reading. Brad Davis Principal
