IN THIS MONTH... Hi. This is Ohiane Uranga. I’m a new volunteer in Everything Is Possible; I just arrived one month ago from Spain.

I would like to make a newsletter with interesting and useful information for everyone. Actually I don’t really know much about the cities, the country

and the options that we have, although I have already founded a lot of exciting things to do.

Anyway, please contact me by email: [email protected] with any proposals, information of events, recipes, new travel ideas... because it will make a better

newsletter for all. I would like to say thank you to everyone because you really made me feel welcome.

ART RECYCLING SPACE ...Plants in a bottle...

Art Recycling Space presents:

How to do a vertical garden with £2-3.

The Spring is coming, but we still have bad weather so I have a very cheap proposal to make at home those days that you don’t know what to do and at the same time you will get your environment more pleasant.

We will reuse our bottles turning them into a flowerpot stand.

Material needed.

Bottles of milk or coke. You can already start saving them, it’s better if you save the same kind of bottles, it will be nicer.

Take some rope or cable.

Washers.

Scissors.

Some painting.

Soil/earth.

Seeds packets ( you can find 2 for £1, in the pounds shops)

Some water.

How to do it?

Just take the bottles and cut them as it is showed in the picture. Make the holes up and down and put some rope (it will depend on the number of bottles and how long you want it to be).

Paint the bottles as you want.

When the paint is dry, install it on the wall and plant your flowers.

Personal advice: It can take you two hours, so if you do it with some good music and a cup of tea it will be better.

1.You have to heat up and mix all the liquid (milk, butter and golden syrup) on the microwave. Preheat the Oven on 180C.

2.Put oat, flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, pour the mixed liquid on it and stir it till you get dough. (homogeneous)

This month Marcos’s oat biscuits are deserving to be on this special section. He has done it with children on his project, and they had a huge success, I have tasted them! So that now, have a drink with some oat biscuits are becoming our Friday’s evening tradition.

I would like to thank him for his patience, his humour and the love that he has to the good cooking!!
