The Cantrell Center is proud to supportFamily Promise, a local
organization witha mission to end homelessness in Warner
Robins--- one family at a time.
On January 3rd we celebrated Arthritis Foundation Certified
AquaticInstructor, Donna Amos, and her SIXTEENTH anniversary with
theCantrell Center. Reflecting on her time with the Cantrell
Center, or"16 Years of Blessings" as she refers to it, Donna had
this to say:
Congratulations on 16 wonderful years, Donna!
The Cantrell Center raised $650 and donatesadditional supplies
to Family Promise
2020 was a challenge for everyone. That said, we continue to
have blessings along the way! The Cantrell Center closed
temporarily for everyone's safety and to get well informed on how
to keep ourmembers safe. Then, set in place every guideline set by
the CDC and the Governor's Office. That said,we had no idea how
many would return when we opened on May 18th. So here was another
opportunityfor God's blessings and He did bless the AFAP Program
with a little over half of our members returning! Our members are
dedicated and continue to thrive as we push forward in 2021! Join
us on this amazingjourney! God's Blessings to All!! Happy New Year
2021!"
"The last 16 years have been filled with the Arthritis
FoundationAquatic Exercise Program (AFAP) and with hundreds of
forward-
thinking individuals that have focused on thriving and not
giving in tophysical limitations. These AFAP Members are dedicated
and only
miss classes when absolutely necessary! We have all becomegreat
friends and more like family. We check on each other, pray
for one another and really look forward to our time
together!
