And China's global business expansion Hefei Normal University Visited the Confucius Institute at Troy University On May 21 st , the delegation from Hefei Normal University, China visited the Confucius Institute at Troy University. Chinese teachers and staff of CIT introduced the basic situation about promoting Chinese language and Chinese culture in Alabama. CIT booklet were given to them in order to strengthen mutual communication between the two parties. The Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group's decision to open a $100 million plant in Wilcox County last year is a prime example, Xu said. Alabama is recruiting Chinese companies to bring operations here. Steven Frost, the former Chinese teacher at the LAMP High school will be the instructor in Hoover. Xu said Frost will be an excellent addition to Hoover schools because he had done a wonderful job at the LAMP High School in Montgomery, which CIT supported it to a great extent.
