Crores The segment-wise breakup of operations is as below : The rapid increase in Sales has brought down the proportionate indirect costs such as the percentage of personnel expense which has fallen to 6% of Sales now: Capacit'e is on course to restrict the personnel expense to be less than 5% of Sales in 2015-16, by way of increasing productive output. The Corporate Overheads as a percentage of Sales is restricted to 4% of Sales, adding to the competitive advantage. Capacit'e is focused on value addition to the customers, treating anything that does not serve this purpose to be wasteful and hence a target for elimination. Capacit'e has set itself a target of doubling Sales in 2015-16, thereby creating more value to all stakeholders including customers, employees, vendors and bankers. DUE DILIGENCE Renowned Advocates & Solicitors, Crawford Bayley & Co have undertaken the due diligence work preparatory for increasing the equity capital of Capacit'e. EXPATRIATE STAFF Mr. Stephen Counsel, a British national with vast experience in civil construction industry joined Capacit'e as Project Director of its prestigious Lodha Park (Trump Towers) Project in Mumbai recently. Mr. Danilo Tamayo, a Philippines national with vast experience in civil construction industry joined Capacit'e as President (High Rise Structures) at its Four Seasons Residence Project in Mumbai recently. BANGALORE OPERATIONS With six ongoing Projects now, the South Zone operations of Capacit'e based out of Bangalore have stabilized. The quick ramp up in Order Booking and Sales is thanks to the tireless efforts of the entire team in South Zone, which is well appreciated. The new Projects include Century’s Breeze, Sattva’s Cadenza and Provident’s The Tree. at its Four Seasons Residence
