S chool is almost out and the pool is open! Once again we reached membership capacity. Caroline Milam, our Pool Committee, and its many volunteers did an outstanding job painting, cleaning, repairing, and preparing the pool. Please watch out for increased traffic in the neighborhood as our members enjoy the park and pool. We ask everyone to slow down and car pool when possible to ease parking challenges. The park is looking great and final landscaping is now done on the baseball field repairs. Stop by and enjoy a nostalgic game. Bookings for our community center and pavilion are filling up fast. Please see our website (www.braddockheights.org) for information on how to reserve the facilities. The website is a great resource for all Braddock Heights news and pool information. You can also check us out of Facebook. As detailed in the BHHS article below, Braddock Heights lost one of our community matriarchs last month. Franny Randall will long be remembered for her dedication to our community and its history. Our thoughts go out to the Randall and Delaplaine families.
