Finding great leadership talent for a growing biopharma business can be challenging and time consuming. 5. Can they point to specific steps they are taking to be more creative and efficient in how they engage and attract the very best talent … and do we know how they are perceived by the candidates we need to attract?

7. Do we know their statistics on candidate

retention? Do they measure it - or do they measure their consultants' success solely by their billings?

irrespective of whether they achieve our hiring objectives?

3.   In addition to recharged expenses, do we pay them an administrative or general expenses surcharge- and if so, do we know what is this for?

4.   Are they willing to share data on the key talent they identify in the course of a search, to help us build our own external talent pipeline?

Fixed fees, transparency and no hidden costs.

Our search fees are clear, simple and fixed from the start of every assignment. We tell you exactly what our services will cost, so that you can budget effectively, with no nasty surprises. Unlike many search firms we don’t charge ‘administrative expenses’ which can add 10% or more to a search fee. That’s not the relationship we want with our clients.
