parish for more than a few years. They either move on or they make an additionalcommitment. It's normal, as the wardens and vestry authorized in May, for acurate who makes that continuing commitment in the same parish to be given anew title. What will change as a result of Kevin now being our associate rector? Well, actually, one part of the plan is ... no change. The parish and the Carusos are andwill be blessed with some continuity and stability that we all feel will be a blessing.Otherwise, think of an incremental change over time, already begun, in the ratiosof training to collaboration and autonomous ministry. Also, please keep in mind the unique complexities of relationship between amarried priest's ministry and parish and family. I trust in your thanksgivings andprayers you'll also remember Kary, Jackson and Cece. Your applause lastSunday, I know, embraced them as well. I hope you'll be able to share in therelated celebratory receptions this coming Sunday. -Patrick+
