KpH Group Launch Their New e-Brochure SafeContractor KpH Deconstrucon, having been established as an independent subsidiary company of KpH Group Ltd since August last year, has now earned its first accreditaon with SafeContractor! FORS Bronze KpH Group are proud to announce that we have earned our first FORS Bronze accreditaon. The Fleet Operator Recognion Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditaon scheme encompassing all aspects of safety, fuel efficiency, vehicle emissions and improved operaons. This accreditaon helps KpH Group to connue demonstrang the competency of our safety and efficiency processes. NEWS FROM KPH DECONSTRUCTION DECEMBER 2016 “Working safely for our future” OTHER NEWS KpH, acng in the role of Principal Contractor for our client Marks and Spencer PLC, and working with Cushman & Wakefield, were engaged on a 12 week programme of strip-out and enabling works in several Warehouses at the Marks & Spencer Distribuon Centre in Warrington. Our Internal H & S Management Team successfully introduced a dust free floor plaining method to remove screed and asbestos bitumen adhesive from floated floor surfaces throughout the Warehouse. Our method of working was praised by the analysts who monitored the air quality during our works and provided evidence that their sampling was within Government guidelines. We successfully idenfied waste streams and waste disposal routes to ensure zero % to landfill of non-asbestos containing materials. We also co-ordinated the complex arrangements and documentaon required to ulise a specialist 160 ton crane for the removal of M&E across the external Roof area. NEW MODERN SLAVERY LEGISLATION New Accreditaons New Business Roles Diego Marnez joined our very busy Tendering team as an Esmator in July 2016 as part of our graduate training programme. Diego previously spent 4 years at Brighton University doing a masters degree in Civil Engineering, for which he earned an impressive Grade 2.1.
