WHY NEW YORK?I want the opportunity to take student's into to the heart of the city

that lives and breathes theatre. It is the most amazing experience as

a teacher to watch a student's eyes light up as they walk into the

theatre and are taken over by the magic that is theatre.

I previously sponsored this trip in 2010 while at CRMS and took 40

parents and students (definitely more students than parents) and

again the past two years (2012, 13)

I am excited to have this opportunity again and am looking forward

to traveling with a company that I think best suits our needs and is

used by many LISD theatre departments.

FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE MARCH 30TH, 2015

PAYMENT PROTECTION PLAN

Parents please notice on the back of the registration form there is a section

regarding Payment Projection Program. Enrolling in this program ensures that in

the event of a trip cancellation by the tour company, sponsor, or the participant all

monies will be refunded.

However, not choosing to enroll in this program could result in loosing up to 85%

of the cost of the total trip if the trip was to be canceled.

All students are automatically enrolled in this program unless the box on the back

of the registration form or the online form that rejects the payment plan is checked.

An additional $199 will be added onto the cost of the trip for those participating in

the program. You can pay this with your registration fee or any other payment you

make over the course of the next few months.

LAND ONLY

You can schedule your own flight and the price of

your trip will be reduced.

Participants wishing to fly separately from the

group will need to schedule both departing and

returning flights on their own.

LIABILITY

FPMS and LISD DO NOT accept responsibility for

this trip. This trip is sponsored and overseen by Mrs.

Morton and is only for 7th/8th grade theatre

students. Therefore, LISD and FPMS cannot accept

responsibility for any damages, injuries, etc.
