Banner Sale Management maintains records on all animals sold through the sale ring for a minimum of five years to be in compliance with regulations as set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture and the Packers and Stockyards Administration. mAIL BIdS: If you cannot attend the sale in person, a number of individuals will be able to handle your bids. These include the Sale Manager, Greg Deakin, the auc- tioneers, ringmen and judges. All mail bids must have pre-approval by Sale Management prior to the start of the sale. All mail bid animals must be paid for with- in 5 days or assessed a 5% fee. The above Buyer Premium applies to all mail bids. Health papers will be handed out sale day to the new owner upon complete payment of the sheep. Transfer of registration papers will be handled by Banner Sale Management Service after the sale.
