My dear life’s companions,

FULL LIFE IN 2011! Scientific Happiness! START LIVING- COMECE A VIVER™!

This time of the year are very common messages exchanged between

people.The frequency is so great that we often by trivializing them. What makes me worried is the fact that many receive on their computer screens ... Just what they need to face their greatest affliction. There’s a misconception here that the first is knowledge. We face the

situation alone, when in fact it is systemic. If I have a financial problem, I

solve it alone thinking about the money, when in fact the root cause may lie

in the emotional-psychological dimension, for example. It’s like fighting fire

as a hose thinking… It is just a flame and not a succession of fire tongues.

I usually listen as lifecoach:"There's nothing new here. I already know

all this and more. "You're right I would say ...The only "news" here is that we

must apply our knowledge Transforming thoughts and

ideas into actions and a structured life design.

I would make a pact with you. This is my effort to prepare this message will only have true meaning if you make an effort to transformative actions in your lives. From an early age, the only question I asked each of my three children

and my wife ... "Are you happy?" I think there is nothing more important in

life.

The problem is that this issue trivialized happiness. So here I would like

GOAL: TO BE HAPPY! Happiness is the meaning and purpose of life.

God created us to be happy… Make 2011 the best year of your life.

Take the wheel and take control of this plane.

Establish a specific theme for the year in the area you need most: Ex D4. Family ... The year of the redemption of harmony, D6. The year of Professional Achievement. Or year of financial progress ... Do not just think, do not just want ... It is necessary to turn the project into goals and then do come true ... This is the part that'll sweat a bit. Do not believe in facilities, secret and “unnecessary miracles”. As a scientist I affirm that God will not do anything that you can do for you.Believe in your work. Do not worry about the mistakes and falls…The gunners are the ones who make mistakes and it is part of human nature. Meanwhile, always, striving for perfection!

Neuroscience has shown that laboratories in the human need to have a

close relationship with God and continuing throughout life to be happy.

DIMENSION 2 > PHYSICAL:

Actions: • Stay in shape. Exercise regularly. Suit your weight (if any). Be healthy. Do not drink or smoke and not chemically dependent. • Take good care of your diet. • Drink plenty of water throughout the day! • Value your rest intervals at work. • Hours of sleep at least 7.

3 > AFFECTIVE-PSYCHOLOGICAL-Emotional and Mental

Health. Be careful with what you think, can come true!

Actions: Balancing Reason and Emotion

Learn more about your mental Program (Software), to detect and

eliminate viruses. Your mindset will determine whether happy or not.

Happiness comes first in your thinking. Happiness does not come out.

Install software for happiness within you. Your brain is a processor.

What did you install it runs there.

Organize your thoughts in nine dimensions. The software your brain will

be lighter, will not catch will run better.

Make a list of people and good things you have in life. You see that

already starting to have reason to be happy.

Build daily, starting today, a foundation of pleasant

thoughts and models.

Emotion: Seek to know yourself better and get * the power to manage

your emotions and conflicts with balance .* (This can be worked into

coaching).

Measure your I.V.P. (Index of personal value). Do you really love? Do

you really believe in you? (Developed in COMECE A VIVER ™program to

make you your best friend. Love yourself, body and soul).

• Get rid of unnecessary worries. Have a project to process and deal with them and neutralize them. Install an External Hard Mental and have a Software Management Life. • Love people and be really gentle with yourself. Human beings have an infinite capacity to love. Here is one of the reasons for my personal happiness. • Learn to say no when necessary. • Act with motivation. • Have goals, design a life plan and well structured.

DIMENSION 4 > FAMILY:

Find your big love in life and be faithful. If you have not found, trace the

profile and get him or her. If already married, love with intensity your

wife and children. I recently told a television program on coaching *

couples (our building): "The more virtues and qualities I see in my wife

and children" ... They get better.

Be more tolerant and less critical. People do not improve with your

criticism ... They improve when they are truly loved and recognize their

successes. What we focus increases .. The choice is yours: Look into the

shadows or to the light.

Be a positive reference for your children. They need models, not critics.

Invest Invest more in quality time with your family. Life is

too short.

Perform monthly meetings kids and make at least a Marital Annual

Convention. Do not be an amateur in a vital area of your life. Meet the

couples coaching and learn to GFP (Professional Family Management

Professional).

DIMENSION 5> EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

Check where you are academically, what courses and powers are needed in 2011.

Seek additional training. Many important issues in life are not taught either in schools or universities.

Learn something new and worthwhile this year. Try to contextualize knowledge. Search the connection between the

subjects you studied and its interrelationship.

DIMENSION 6 > PROFESSIONAL, FINANCIAL AND PROPERTY.

• Check that you are happy with where you work and what do. 71% of

humanity is not. Not worth working only for money. Use the

thermometer as a tool:

If most of my working days has been a burden to me, it means I’m in

the wrong place.

Make a design change of job. Do not be caught by surprise with

unemployment or break your company.

Be more organized. This helps in the management of the life.

Check your financial situation. Have a budget worksheet and feed regularly, checking the bottlenecks.

See yourself free of unnecessary debt. (If your case) I have clients who

because of a lifestyle end up compromising their health. Not worth it.

Appearances do not make anyone happy.

Do not many loans. Wait for the right time to purchase

and view discount.

Have a current and future Financial Planning (Budget Spreadsheets).

DIMENSION 7 > SOCIAL Actions

Make sure you have a solid support group in your relationships. Are

those people you can count on at any time of life. Take the opportunity

to recycle your playlist. Trace your profile sociometric and your "friends."

Want to test if you have a friend? Ask him a good loan…

Have a considerable network of relationships. People need to know who

you are to do business with you.

DIMENSÃO 8 > COSMOLOGICAL

See your company and ecological contribution you are making to save

the planet.

Make sure you and your company practice * Human Ecology (learn more ...). * Innovation COMECE A VIVER™.

Actions

What mission you have in life and what legacy you are leaving for the

world. As you will see 200 years from now ... What difference did you

do and does with your life.

Help people. Be supportive. This way you and the world

Surprise everyone. People love pleasant surprise.

DIMENSION 9 > LEISURE AND ADDITIONAL Actions

Do more things you like this year. That makes you happy. Who is happy

just make people happy around.

Invest more in the arts: music, theater, painting, and so on…

Enjoy life more and enjoy. Life is too short! I've lived

20,440 days and I think I still missing, estimated if God wills, for I was

almost kidnapped and killed in July 2010); 8760 days.

Practice sports and hobbies you like with medical follow-up.

Be happy today not to regret tomorrow..

Final Considerations: The day merely survived is no cause for celebration. There is indeed a better way of life ... And now you have the keys!
