● 10 longitudinal friction devices participated from all over Europe(2 commercial available for road survey: ViaFriction and Griptester)

● 11 different surfaces on test track– Each track measured in 3 speeds, 40 60 and 80 km/h– Each track measured 5 times– Friction level from 0.1 to 1.0

● 7 different surfaces on normal road outside test track– Each surface measured 3 times– Road measurement speed 60 km/h

SPIRAX:●

TREDAL has constructed its own suspension system. It was developed over several years and called SPIRAX

● The system consists of:● 1 Coil springs on swing arm● 2 Hydraulic double acting shock absorber● 3 Rubber Stopper to prevent breakage /

damage by overload or reckless driving.

● SPIRAX is based on the same principle as most cars have today, i.e. that a TREDAL trailer has virtually the same handling characteristics as your car. It provides comfortable and secure transport also on bad roads.

● ViaTech has further improved stability
