Payment


• 1st Semester Tuition CNY 25,000• 1st Semester Accommodation

Payment Regulation


• Tuition shall be paid no later than the first Wednesday of

each semester. Otherwise, selected courses will be dropped

from academic system.

• Insurance fee : CNY 800/year (degree students should pay

for 3 years at once)

• Deferral of Payment Application —majeure factors & must

get approval from the office

Refund


✓ Tuition Refund

Full tuition fee that you have paid can be refunded if quitting or suspending

the program before the courses officially start. For those who suspend or

quit during an academic semester, tuition fee is non-refundable once the

class starts.

If you hold Residence Permit-RP (study) provided by Donghua University,

the RP must be cancelled as soon as quitting or suspending the program.

Apply for residence permit within30 days after entry. 1 day ofoverstay will be fined RMB500.

Must change it to Detain visa or residence permit within valid time period.

• No public parking lot on campus and parking fee is CNY 6 per hour

• No motorcycle burning gas and with exhaust pipe was allowed on Campus

Accidental & Hospitalization Insurance


• Liability Coverage: Ping An shall pay the stipulated amount of insurance

compensation if the insured dies of any accidental injury or disease or

suffers from any accident or emergency treatment, hospitalization

treatment.

• Remarks: You have to go to the public hospital in China because the

private one is not in the compensation list. Please refer to the website at

http://cip.dhu.edu.cn/12269/list.htm for the public hospitals that you can

go.

• You have to pay the bill first in the hospital and bring the receipts with

doctor’s report to ICEB office 102 to find John to claim the fees.

• You can also go to school clinic for simple diseases.
