Founded in 1865 as a Teacher’s College. 9 member Board of Trustees appointed by the
Governor, governs University business. We are employees of the University not the State. The Board decides pay increases & pay changes if
promoted or reclassed. No merit likely.

Grievance Procedure - within 5 days Child Care - ISU ECEC Smoking Policy - 15 to 20 ft from bldg. You could
