It takes up to 450 years for a PET bottle to break down but it is never truly gone. Yet the amount of such plastic that ends up in landfills and the oceans has increased dramatically over the last 50 years.
Recycling and reusing has grown vital. Everyone can play their part in the solution by reducing the plastic containers we use, recycling, and choosing recycled products manufactured from post-consumer waste.

Recycling plain plastic into radiant embroideries
Our Polyneon Green thread is manufactured using recycled transparent bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The process gives post-consumer waste a second life in brilliant, shiny colours. By reusing existing materials, no new waste is created, and non-renewable resources are saved.
