Reputed Electrical contractors were floated the enquiry and their quotes have been received which are placed in the attached comparative statement as per the details therein. The rates of M/s. R.K. Vidyut are quite reasonable, justified and lowest and are recommended to be approved.

It is requested that necessary work order be issued to the vendor at a total financial implication comes to Rs.20,628/- approximately. The quantities are tentative and may vary +/- are per the requirement of the site. Once these rates are approved the same may be applicable for further works of this nature.

Dear Sir

This has reference for the provision of PVC conduits for staircase and lift lobby areas for the lower basement as per the drawing no.10-175—El-002 (Staircase conduit sleeve layout lower basement floor plan) made available.

Reputed Electrical contractors were floated the enquiry and their quotes have been received which are placed in the attached comparative statement as per the details therein. The rates of M/s. R.K. Vidyut are quite reasonable, justified and lowest and are recommended to be approved.

It is requested that necessary work order be issued to the vendor at a total financial implication comes to Rs.20,628/- approximately. The quantities are tentative and may vary +/- are per the requirement of the site. Once these rates are approved the same may be applicable for further works of this nature.
