Exhibit Space Includes a 6’x2’ skirted table and two chairs. All exhibits must be table top displays unless prior approval has been obtained by conference management. Up to two exhibitor representatives are included in all meeting and meal functions except for the Saturday night senior dinner. Attendee Lists Only sponsors are eligible to receive an electronic list of attendees prior to the conference to promote visits to their booth. All exhibitors will receive a hard copy of an attendee list at the conference.
Booth Assignments Assignments will occur on Friday, May 20, 2011 and will be based on sponsorship priority and on first come basis.

The NMPS reserves the right to restrict exhibits, without refund. Distribution of literature, samples, etc., in the exhibit area by firms that are not participating as paid exhibitors is strictly prohibited. An electrical connection will be provided if requested. Audio Visual equipment must be operated so that the noise does not interfere with other exhibitors. Exhibitors are responsible for shipping, storage, and installation of exhibit materials, and all costs involved thereby. The NMPS and Sheraton Uptown do not guarantee against theft, vandalism or otherwise. It is expressly understood that exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the NMPS, Melissa G. Rael & Associates, and Sheraton Uptown of all liability (damage or accident) that might ensue from any cause in connection with transfer, installation, maintenance or removal of exhibits, or in display of exhibits. Cancellations received before May 20, 2011 will be refunded with a 20% service charge on the net cost of the original space. Table space not occupied by the close of the exhibit installation period will be forfeited by the exhibitor, and this space may be resold, reassigned or used by the conference management. Use of the name “NMPS” or that of any officer of said Chapter, in recommendation of a product or services, is expressly prohibited. Conference Management Questions?
