► JOURNALISM & MEDIA MANAGEMENT
The Bachelor programme Journalism & Media Management is
difficult to compare to other similar studies. The intensity of this
type of education is unique in Austria.
The three main goals of the curriculum are:
1. Focus on journalism and content production
2. Craftsmanship (know-how) and scientific reflection (know-what-and-
why).
3. Combines the two main focal areas, media management and
journalism. Through compulsory subject choice in the third and
fourth semesters, students gain the opportunity to improve their
competences in special ressorts.
