Year-over-YearIn addition to measure benchmarking, you can now view your districts year-over-year trendlines for any measure that has been consistently used in prior year surveys. Compare your progress to any district, group or demographic medians available in the system. Trendlines are interactive providing important trending and raw data information in the hover boxes.

Create Favorite Districts - Your Peer Districts

Select up to 20 districts as your “comparable” districts to compare yourself against your peer groups. Districts remain anonymous and are identified by district number only. As more districts are added to the system, you have the ability to create benchmark reports using non-CGCS districts for comparison. Create custom dashboards for year-over-year comparisons including your “compare-me” groups.

Advanced Filter ResultsCreate custom benchmark and year-over-year views by filtering (narrowing) your reporting criteria. For instance, you may want to narrow the “comparison” pool of districts by selecting any of the following items: Groups, States, Free and Reduced-Price Meals, Regions, Union Status and Favorites.

How to Order

ReportingCreating custom reports is incredibly easy. A new reporting wizard allows you to completely customize your reports by selecting measures, selecting your benchmark districts, adding personal notes and observations and then creating a professional report with cover page and table of contents. The report can be exported to Adobe Acrobat and includes bookmarks. You can save reports in your personal dashboard for later use and retrieval.
