Education:
•One cannot integrate a separate
community.
•One can integrate sole members of a given community.
• Collection of information from roma oppinion leaders with the help of coaching & educate them later on to become specific roma-coaches.
Adventages of coaching
• Compared to a questionnaire a coaching session gains substantially more and even specific information.
• Aims can be more specified and precious
• The method is suitable for monitoring the success of the process with the help of repeated coaching sessions.
• The results of the repeated coaching sessions give an opportunity for possible intervention and change. ( More dynamic process.)
