All bids received by the bid submission deadline will be publicly opened at 2:00 P.M. EDT, WEDNESDAY, JULY 29, 2020.
A minimum acceptable bid of $60,000.00 has been set by the Department, with a deposit of 10% of the bid amount due and included in the prospective buyer’s bid to purchase the property and is further defined in the bid package. Deposits of buyers who are not the successful buyer of the property will be returned to the bidding party. Any bids for less than the minimum bid amount will be considered counterproposals and will be deemed nonresponsive and rejected.
