MOLECULE

F2020 Fuel Saver will help in the dispersing of the big fuel molecules into a smaller ones. As the smaller molecules are being burnt up easily, leading to the enhancement of the engine performance and fuel consumption. Thus, resulting to the reduction of cost in both fuel consumption and maintenance.

Page 15: New f2020 technology

The process of adding electrons to, or removing electrons from, atoms or molecules, thereby creating ions.

In this collision, when an electron hits an heavy neutral, the electron transfers enough kinetic energy to pull out another electron from the neutral.

If the 2 produced electrons are in term accelerated by an external force ( an electric field for example in sprite ) they can in term ionize other neutrals. We'll have then 4 electrons. Repeating this process again and again, we'll have 8,16,32,64 ... electrons.

Page 16: New f2020 technology

The active ingredient of F2020 Fuel Saver, a long chain player polymer, resists rapid stretching. When F2020 Fuel Saver is mixed with fuel, the polymer imparts a subtle form of stretch resistance on its host fluid. This resistance or extensional viscosity traps light particles of fuel (those under 40 micros) to larger droplets. At the same time, this same property reduces the size of larger droplets. F2020 Fuel Saver narrows down the range of droplet size which fosters the formation of a more homogeneous mixture that will burn more efficiently and thus create less pollutant.

BIG DROPS BURN DIRTY TINY DROPS CAN BURN CLEAN THROUGH

The fuel molecules on the surface of any drop always burn first.  Those in the middle always burn last.  In a big drop, the middle molecules may burn partially or not at all.  Soot, smoke, NOx, SOx and most other emissions are basically unburned or partially burned "middles.“

When big drops break into microdrops, there are more molecules on moresurfaces. Fewer in the middle. Therefore, you get a cleaner burn on.

Page 17: New f2020 technology

After

Because of the impurities of petroleum - based fuels, carbon deposits form along the surfaces of the combustion chamber, which will not burn at temperatures lower than 600 C. This becomes a problem because the surfaces of the combustion chamber stay cooler than 600 C, which means that these deposits will not burn off by themselves. These deposits become the problem causing your fuel mileage to drop over the life of your vehicle. Deposits require higher octane or cetane fuels. The primary effect of automotive emissions causes motor oil to get dirty earlier than usual. They plug up fuel injectors, thereby causing a decline in overall engine performance.

F2020 Fuel Saver lowers the energy of activation of the rate determining step down to 200 C. This will allow the carbon deposit to burn off at temperature as low as 200 C rather than 600 C. F2020 Fuel Saver bonds to these impurities and deposits to allow a chemical reaction to occur at a temperature where it normallywould not happen. This chemical reaction allows impurities to completely burn and deposits to flush out.

CYLINDERWALL

F2020 Fuel Saver will filled the space between the piston, piston ring, and the cylinder wall to lubricate and also prevent burned gases to pass the cylinder wall into the crankcase.

Page 19: New f2020 technology

F2020 Fuel Saver creates a surface conversion on the cylinder wall and piston that forms polymer complexes that converts the surface of metals. Virtually, these complexes will smoothen the metal surface, improve reflectivity and reduce oxygen reactivity, resulting to reduction of friction and more complete combustion reaction and power. This engine will be more efficient if there is a complete seal between the piston and cylinder wall.

When combustion gas leaks, the engine will not provide sufficient power and will consume more fuel. This is not desirable in terms of fuel economy and the environment.

Clearances between cylinder wall and piston must be filled, otherwise, compressed air/fuel mixture or high pressure combustion gas will have the tendency to “blowby”, that affects the viscosity of the lube oil and its performance.

“NO LEAKAGE OF AIR MEANS NO LEAKAGE OF POWER”

Page 20: New f2020 technology

F2020 Fuel Saver is easy to use, just mix with gasoline / diesel directly into the FUEL -TANK

Firs Usage : 2ml : 1 liter of fuelSubsequent : 1ml : 1 liter of fuel

Page 21: New f2020 technology

Mix Directly to fuel tank

New F2020 1:1000 formula is specially formulated for generators, industrial machineries, sea vessels, boilers, etc. using Special Fuel Oil (SFO) and bunker-c fuel (HFO). Mix F2020 Fuel Saver direct to fuel supply tank or to the fuel supply tanker or using dosing pumps. When using F2020 FUEL SAVER for the first time, mix 2ml of F2020 Fuel Saver to every liter of fuel for the first 48 hours operation as shock dosing treatment to expel deposited carbon more faster. (Example: 1,000 liters capacity mix 2,000ml (2 liters) of F2020 Fuel Saver) The second filling of the fuel tank, mix 1ml for every liter of fuel and every liter of fuel thereafter.

Carbon dioxide emissions from shipping have been reported to be double those of aviation and could rise by as much as 75% in the next 15 to 20 years if world trade continues to grow and no action is taken. Shipping has thus far been spared any significant cuts as CO2 emissions from ships do not come under the Kyoto Agreement or any proposed European legislation. But pressure is mounting on all sides for the situation to change.

Climate change has emerged as one of the most important political and business issues of our time. Transportation accounts for 22 % of greenhouse gas emissions caused by energy consumption. Governments increasingly take measures in order to promote emission reduction initiatives, such as environmental taxes, subsidies and incentives, negotiated agreements with industry or emission trading schemes.

Most of the shipping companies are just relying on the fuel specifications showed by the supplier and the double checking of its compatibility with their vessels engine is not a normal practice.

Onboard contamination from unusual, foreign, substances in marine fuel oils can be, at the very least, troublesome for all parties involved. When such contaminants are identified after analyses, fingers can start pointing at the refinery, supplier, ship, and anything in between. We assist our clients to make the bunkering procedures is in line with International Standards to determine the properties of fuel at the time and place of custody transfer. This is to prevent the engine damage, maintain lower emissions and enhance more the engine efficiency

RECOMMENDATIONSDistance from the F2020 dosing point to the burner is only 14 meters or roughly 4 minutes travel flow. This set up greatly affects the treatment time of F2020 Fuel Saver to dissolve fuel impurities.

For maximum efficiency of F2020 Fuel Saver, we highly recommend to inject F2020 Fuel Saver on any entry point which gives sufficient time for F2020 Fuel Saver of about 12 hours to dissolve fuel impurities and increase fuel burning efficiency to improve combustion, so the toxic emissions released into the air shall be reduced with major savings in fuel consumption and equipment maintenance.

By this process, F2020 Fuel Saver eliminates deposits on burner nozzles, resulting in obtaining a flame that is stable, hotter and properly directed.

F2020 eliminated deposits on burner nozzles, resulting in obtaining a flame that is stable, hotter and properly directed. Adding F2020 Fuel Treatment to blended fuels and bunker-c dramatically improves combustion, so the toxic emissions released into the air are significantly reduced with major savings in fuel consumption and equipment maintenance.

With F2020 Fuel Treatment, there is a more complete combustion taking place right before your eyes. The flame can be observed to improve from a long, lazy, smoky-orange, dirty flame to a compact, vibrant and bright lemon yellow flame.
