Finally, let’s discuss some of the military and defense applications of ZPE technology

Page 4: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

We mention this last because the history of the twentieth century showed that

many men were seduced into using ZPE primarily to make instruments of war

Page 5: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Even when they didn’t use these advanced weapons in battle, they often fought wars with conventional weapons primarily for the purpose of generating income

for their covert research & development projects on military uses of ZPE

Page 6: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

While we would like to see ZPE used only for peaceful purposes, there may be legitimate military uses of ZPE to defend one’s

territorial integrity

Page 7: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Many defense analysts believe that China has already developed advanced antigravity craft

using electrogravitics, which as we know is one way to harness ZPE

Page 8: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

However, Vietnam is not known to possess any similar level of military technology

Page 9: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

If electrogravitics and electrostatics can be used to induce antigravity for civilian air transportation, then obviously Vietnam

could also build military aircraft which are antigrav-capable

Page 10: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

As you know, Vietnam has been buying submarines

recently

Page 11: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Kilo-class subs are a

technology which date from 1982

Page 12: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

They run on diesel-electric engines and must be refueled periodically to stay in the water

Page 13: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

The top speed of a Kilo-class sub is 25 knots (46.3 km/h)

• The reason the sub is so slow is that the water is much denser than air, thus impeding the ship’s progress

Page 14: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

However, New Energy science shows us how to clear the Zero Point Field in front of the sub and significantly reduce drag

Page 15: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

This is a form of “supercavitation”, where the sub is propelled within a “force field” or vacuum at speeds that can be ten times

higher than normal

Page 16: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

This technology could allow Vietnam’s Kilo-class subs to travel underwater at 400 km/h, or faster

Page 17: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

That is the kind of next-generation military technology it will take for Vietnam to protect its territorial waters in the Eastern Sea

Page 18: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Let us give a little

perspective on this challenge

that is confronting us in the Eastern

Sea today

Page 19: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

You’re all familiar with the Lam Sơn Khởi nghĩa, right?

Page 20: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

That’s when King Lê Lợi successfully fought back the Ming invasion from China

Page 21: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

As you know, prior to the rebellion, the Minh army had invaded Vietnam and defeated the forces of King Hồ Quý Ly

Page 22: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Many historians today believe that the main reason the Minh army won in 1407

was that they had guns, whereas the Vietnamese army didn’t

Page 23: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

It was a simple case of military technology superiority

• Vietnam’s army was still using crossbows and swords

Page 24: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense
Page 25: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

King Lê Lợi was very strategic in his approach to the problem

Page 26: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

He knew that if he rose up in rebellion immediately, the Chinese army would use its superior weapons to quash the patriotic

movement

Page 27: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Therefore, he sent small teams of soldiers out to ambush Chinese troops on patrol

Page 28: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Their main goal wasn’t to kill the enemy

troops; it was to take their guns

Page 29: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

The Vietnamese soldiers brought the Chinese guns back to Lam Sơn study them.

Today we would call this “reverse engineering”

Page 30: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Gradually, the Vietnamese military engineers figured out how to copy the Chinese guns.

They made a gun factory of sorts at Lam Sơn.

Page 31: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Day by day, the Vietnamese army got more guns through production of its own

munitions, supplemented by capturing Chinese firearms

Page 32: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Finally, when Lê Lợi reckoned he was near military parity with the occupying army, he launched the revolt

Page 33: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

And as we all know, it was successful

Page 34: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Later in the Lê dynasty, the pattern was repeated

Page 35: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

In the 1470s, King Lê Thánh Tôn sent the army to Champa

Page 36: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Now, the Vietnamese army had guns but the Cham army only had traditional weapons

Page 37: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

The result was easy to predict:

Đại Việt expanded its

territory down to Quy Nhơn

Page 38: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

And eventually, Champa ceased to exist as an independent state

Page 39: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Today, in the Eastern Sea, we face a predicament similar to that of Hồ Quý Ly and Lê Lợi

Page 40: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

The Chinese army is arrogant because they know they have a head start on Vietnam in

weapons using New Energy science

Page 41: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

The question now is whether to allow this technological gap to widen, or to

take immediate steps to narrow the gap

Page 42: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Now is the critical time for Vietnam to choose to follow the New Energy revolution in all aspects of life

• Infrastructure • Social • Industrial• Medical• Environmental• Defense

Page 43: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Are you ready to bring Vietnam into the futuristic, peaceful environment that the 21st century ought to be?

Page 44: New Energy Part 3D-11 New Energy and Vietnam's National Defense

Congratulations on making it through Part 3 of our seminar on New Energy.

In Part 4, we will be looking at what you and other groups in society can be doing to make New Energy a reality in Vietnam.
