IMPORTANTTERMS

Points: Each product is assigned Points (Pts.) and the Compensation Plan is based on the accumulation of Points to determine how much is paid to the Distributor.

Group Points: Group Points is the accumulation of Points on each product purchase by your entire group or downlines.

Personal Points: These are Points generated through Personal purchase or retail of Bizzoe products.

Downlines: A Distributor or group of Distributors under your business or Distributorship respectively in the Genealogy as the context require.

Business Center: A position held by a Distributor in the companies database. Commissions and/or Bonuses are calculated with reference to each Business Center.

Compensation Plan: This refers to the Bizzoe Marketing and Compensation Plan.

Cycle: A cycle is the unit earned by a Distributor for accumulating 2,500 points on the left and right team.

Cycle Rate: The weekly commission Cycle amount paid out by the company to its Distributors based on Total Sales and Cycles achieve in a given week. This varies from week to week.

Active Distributor: A Distributor that continues to meet the 200 points monthly requirement to participate in the complete Bizzoe Compensation Plan and has an active back office. He either purchase products for retail or for personal

How are Commissions paid? Commissions are paid by check and are mailed every Wednesday to its distributors one week after each fiscal week.

When is the cut-off for each week? The weekly cut-off for computation of incomes is every Monday midnight. It begins again on Tuesday at 12:01 am Hong Kong Time (HKT).

What is a Cycle? A cycle is a unit earned by a Distributor by accumulating 2,500 points on the left and right team.

What do I have to do to be eligible to receive commissions and bonuses? You have to be an Active Distributor by purchasing at least 200 points worth of products each month. You may either sell the products or use them for personal consumption. You can monitor your status in your back office.

What do I have to do in order to earn the Perfect Binary Bonus? All you have to do is to generate or accumulate 2,500 points on your left team and on your right team.

Is there a limit as to the number of cycles I can make each week? You can make as many cycles each week depending on the number of Business Center you have.

Up to how many levels deep can the points accumulate to you? You earn from unlimited depth. All the points from your entire team goes up to you.

Do you have any Flush-Outs? There are NO FLUSH OUTS. Points that are not balanced are carried over to the following week and it is retained there until it is matched on the weaker leg.

How many packages are available in Bizzoe? There are three (3) packages available: 1. Basic Package 2. Intermediate Package 3. Advance Package

Can I upgrade to a higher package in the future? Yes you may, however, the only way to upgrade is by sponsoring 5 new distributors. Every time you sponsor 5 new distributors, one business center is activated.

Can I upgrade by paying the difference?No you may not. That is why it is very important to consider getting the highest possible package you can afford when you join.

How do I earn from retailing the Bizzoe products? Each Bizzoe product has a Suggested Retail Price. As a distributor, you buy the products at distributor’s price and sell the products at Customer’s price. You earn the difference.
